Ready to ship items will be sent on a Monday and either first class royal mail signed for or special delivery next day depending on the value of item. If you require it sooner then please get in touch here and I will see what I can do.

Made to order items usually take 4 weeks due to handmaking process and hallmarking turn around times. I will sens an estimated delivery date once order is received.

International Shipping

Please get in touch here before placing your order if you are outwith the UK so I can send an estimate for custom and shipping charges.

Returns

If you are in any way unhappy with your order, I am happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Please email hello@stefaniecheong.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item.

Bespoke and personalised orders cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately I cannot offer free returns by post so the cost of postage must be covered by the customer and items must be sent using a tracked or signed for service.
