Make An Ethical Silver Ring at Custom Lane


2 hour Workshop

Bespoke one off session at Custom Lane as part of Trading Post

Sunday 22nd September 12pm -2pm

No previous experienced required.

During this session you will make and finish a silver ring fitted to your finger size. You will decide upon what style of rings you wish to make. Each ring will be fabricated from 100% recycled silver wire and you can choose from round, flat rectangular or square. You will learn how to

  • cut with a jewellers saw frame
  • use torches to solder the ring closed
  • filing
  • hammering
  • complete by using a finishing technique such as sanding, polishing and oxidising.
